Gorgeous place!!

We spent a long weekend as a family at this beautiful house! It’s just like the pictures and better. Loved all the decks and patios, which was a main reason I chose it, along with the short walk to the beach. The whole neighborhood is just adorable!

The birthday trip

It was so great . When we arrived at the house the check in process was so simple and the house is beautiful. It was perfect for the 4 four of us. It was my best friends birthday and our first girls trip and we had such a good time. The stairs wore us out from time to time but that jacuzzi tub was great. We had a minor issue with some outlets but I informed the host and he pointed me in the right direction to resolve it. The host responds so effectively and rapidly. It was overall worth the thrill.

Great property

The property was just as it was pictured and better!!! It has been recently updated. Kitchen appliances(stovetop/oven) are dated but still in working condition. Plenty of room. Upstairs landing that is used as a bedroom is small and does not have a door. Window unit was a great addition to that area. Hosts were great. We did not have any issues. Communication for check-in and check-out was very informative. We would absolutely rent again!!!

We come to destin every year and this trip did not disappoint! House was exactly as described, had plenty of room and everything we needed and then some. Owners checked in on us mid trip and had no problems with communication leading up to our trip. 10/10

Fabulous property - clean, exactly as represented in the listing/pictures, and the location is unbeatable (literally a few blocks from the public beach access). Our children loved the loft bedroom at the top of the house, and both the house and neighborhood generally were extremely dog friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful, Clean, Fun, Safe, and Hospitable Rental House

We stayed at this rental for a week and had a fantastic experience. The house is beautiful, has a great location, and in a very safe / quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the proximity to restaurants/shops. Tim & Jessica were extremely accommodating and had great communication. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Beautiful home near spectacular Beach, pet friendly and very comfortable

Home is just as pictured on the website. Neighborhood is absolutely adorable with pastel homes surrounded by picket fences and beautiful flowering shrubbery. Short Pleasant walk to the beach and nearby paved biking trail that goes on for miles. Rental company was very responsive to a few small issues that we had.
