This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, pick up a souvenir from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a movie night. The gorgeous conference room boasts a gorgeous space for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, along with beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



SunDestin 1101 is a beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath corner unit boasting sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 11th floor, this lovely unit is the perfect accommodation for every occasion.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.



While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Everything was extremely clean and worked perfectly staying here! Beautiful views of the beach and staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! There was plenty of room for 5 of us and we had the absolute best time, our daughter’s first beach trip was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Quick Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely Love it! Great location, great people, and perfect scenery from our balcony. Everyone is always so helpful, and the resort is perfectly located just minutes from any great restaurant in Destin or family entertainment center, and only a few minute from HarborWalk Village. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can get a way for our next trip.

We did see a roach in the bathroom it was dead and there were some bugs. Elevator wait need improvement. Felt a little rushed by guest service at checkout, no chance to tell them. Room was as pictured and view was great. Beach was great.

The condo was pretty decent. The shower in the guest bedroom was clogged up and filled up with water and had tons of sand in the bottom. We had to call maintenance to come clean it out. Also, the fridge would not get cold and the freezer didnt work properly. Overall, it was nice.

Pros: Easy access to the beach. Bathrooms on 1st floor near beach entrance. Comfortable beds. Large condo fits 4-5 comfortably. Beautiful view of the beach. Cons: Bath towels will not be exchanged or replenished. No washer / dryer in unit. No broom or cleaning supplies in room. Not enough luggage carts for amount of guests. We had to make multiple trips with our bags / groceries to the 11th floor.
