RECENTLY UPDATED luxury condo with new coastal-themed furnishings and new elegant 20 inch travertine tiled floors throughout except the bedrooms, which have newly installed beautiful plank flooring. Graber blackout shades in the living room and both bedrooms allow full 180 degree Gulf front views of the sugar-white beach and emerald ocean water along with the sunset and sunrise.

Silver Beach Towers no longer offers complimentary beach setup. However, the same great beach service and setups will still be available for the guest to purchase the first setup (an umbrella and 2 chairs) at a discounted rate of $30/day. (The owner has purchased a seasonal beach plan to discount the first setup from $65/day to $30/day). Guests can purchase additional setups for $65/day. In the winter months (Nov. 1 -Feb. 28), Silver Beach Towers has free complimentary cabanas on the beach.

In the living room is a new 60" Samsung 4K Smart flat screen television with a beautiful blue, comfy queen sleeper sofa and 3 accent chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has new full-size stainless steel appliances, dishware, and cookware. The kitchen also a a new Keurig coffee maker and a programmable Mr. Coffee coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size GE washer and dryer.

The wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in the living room and bedrooms lead to a large tiled balcony to enjoy hours of breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a new POLYWOOD table and new POLYWOOD dining chairs that swivel and a new POLYWOOD relaxing chaise lounge for napping or reading. The balcony also has entrances from both Gulf-front bedrooms.

The Master suite features new bedroom furniture with a new King-sized bed and Beautyrest mattress and boxsprings. Also, is a flat screen TV with DVD player. Enjoy the Gulf front views from a large bay window in the large comfortable accent chair, or step through the private entrance to the expansive main balcony. There's plenty of room in the Master walk-in closet. The large master bathroom features a jetted tub, spacious walk-in shower, two sinks and lots of countertop space!

The other master bedroom also has new bedroom furniture with a new King-sized bed and Beautyrest mattress and boxsprings. There is also a private entrance from this bedroom to the main balcony. The 2nd full bathroom is located a few steps away, but remains easily accessible to the main living room. It has a nice tiled walk-in shower with a bench.

Two large pools with waterfalls and adjacent hot tubs overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Just walk though the pool area onto Silver Beach's private beach. Silver Beach Towers also has a newly resurfaced tennis court and newly installed gas BBQ grills. Silver Beach is a quiet resort with security and limited access.
