The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. A set of twin bunk beds is situated in a niche located in the hallway, positioned just next to the unit’s second full bath for easy access. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

**A building-wide floor resurfacing project will begin in early October 2023 and conclude in late January 2024. Occupants of Pelican Beach Resort may hear grinding during the work hours from 8:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm daily Monday through Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays.

Pelican Beach Resort offers all the amenities you’d expect in a luxurious resort condominium! This Beach Front Resort offers spacious meeting facilities, THREE Pools including Gulf Front pool, Lake Front pool at The Terrace, an indoor/outdoor pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, laundry facilities on each floor, TWO fitness centers, outdoor gas grills, tennis courts, and even a video game room!

The Pelican Tiki Bar is the lively beachside bar – stop by and ask your friendly bartender to mix you a refreshing drink to take to the beach or sit by the pool. The Pelican Beach CafĂ© brews fresh coffee and is open for breakfast mornings at 8 serving yummy pastries and breakfast sandwiches. You can order lunch and take it to the pool or beach (note, this is closed November to January) You can even order a beach set up right at the private boardwalk leading to the beach. Beautiful views of the beach! Room was very clean. Place is in the heart of Destin, close to everything! Recommend renting the beach chair service. The cafe and tiki bar was a nice convenience too! Very minor inconvenience's
 would like more than one dish towel for kitchen, only one side of the toaster works other side has wiring loose (fire risk) and would of liked to know the laundry area was community use. We were under the impression our unit had a private washer & dryer. Otherwise great stay!!!!

By far the best place I’ve stayed in Florida! This condo is truly exceptional—from its spacious layout to the stunning view. This charming beach condo has a large kitchen well-stocked with everything you need. And that beach is one of the nicest I’ve seen in the U.S. SUNRISE & SUNSET VIEWS! I will definitely be returning!

The kitchen fully equipped with everything you would need for cooking. The view is spectacular, the condo was very clean and comfortable. Wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It was quite the experience waking up with such a view. Location of the condo was also great. Restraunts, grocery stores, shopping ect. The beach.. definitely the most beautiful I have been able to visit. You have a personal beach with a gate code for access. The water is crystal blue. We saw dolphins as well. The area is very family friendly. If I get the chance to visit Destin again. I’ll be doing my best to book this exact location/condo. What an amazing time. Thank you all

From the moment we walked in, with soft light and music on, this condo was all we hoped for! It was clean and had all of the kitchen accessories I needed, as I did cook there a lot! A minor maintenance issue during my stay was addressed right away. Thanks to Real Joy's maintenance gal, Shea. Staff at Real Joy was very helpful and communicative!

Wonderful stay!

Condo:Condo was clean and everything worked well. We were provided plenty of towels and had the essentials to start with. Some of the dinnerware utensils had stains and a bit of rust but there were plenty of good ones for my family to use. Note: beach towels are not supplied. We enjoyed being on the very top floor. The view was amazing from the condo. Management provided clear instructions on check in and check out. Resort;The resort was amazing. Smoke-fre, plenty of space in the pools, and nice tiki bar and lunch option. My 3 year old had to practice her patience as one elevator was down (resort is currently upgrading/updating the elevators) but it was still faster than expected being we were on the top floor. Checking in and out was breeze. The negative comment I have is not related to the condo or management of the condo, the resort has a private beach section and we could not set up private umbrellas along the shore. The resort rentals are set up along the shore about 2-3 rows back. Only private set ups are allowed after the rental set up and we couldn't go into another section.Area:Plenty of restaurants around but not much little toddler activities. Target and Walmart are close by. Henderson State Park (4 entry) was beautiful and a great alternative if you want beach access without the crowds and to be along the shore.Overall, I would recommend this condo and would choose to stay again here!

Very nice

We thought the unit was very nice and clean and as described. My son slept on the pull out couch because the mattress for the bunkbeds was very uncomfortable, it was like laying on box springs. Another issue we had which doesn't have to do with the unit itself but more of an FYI for future renters is that they are doing construction or something on the roof and the units beside us, there were lots of banging and hammering starting around 7 or 8 am everyday - so no sleeping in on your vacation!

It was nice, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Mold around the faucets, and the main entrance door has to be pushed to get it opened. Code worked but had to try at least a couple of times because of what I mentioned. The view was spectacular!!

Gorgeous view!

The view from this condo was AMAZING! We spent so much time out on the balcony just watching the waves. My kids loved the bunk beds, although I was a little unsure of the railing on the top bunk. It was very loose. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and the dresser was big enough for our whole family’s clothes. There were a few issues. Not a fault of this unit, but the elevators were awful. There were 5 of them and at least one was always broken. The waits could take forever sometimes. At one point, the call buttons for the bank of 4 elevators together weren’t working, so everyone had to use the single outdoor elevator. In the unit, the microwave started tripping the breaker halfway through our stay. We notified property management, but didn’t want to wait for someone to come fix it, so we were without a microwave for a day. Property management is very quick at responding to issues. Lastly, I went to fill up the bathtub in the master and the water had so much dirt/black stuff floating in it. I don’t know if it was a water problem or dirty tub problem, but we all used the stand up shower the whole trip. Overall, our stay was great. The resort is awesome, with 3 pools and hot tubs, a tiki bar, cafe, beautiful beach, and parking garage. We’d definitely stay at Pelican Beach again.
