Unit was exactly as shown and expected.. Very clean upon arrival...management was very quick to respond when having issue with code for gates. Had a leak in washer on our 2nd to last day and they came immediately to check it out and then discovered it was a part that needed ordered and immediately called and said if we need anything washed theyll come get it the following morning and return it washed n folded... Great management. Property was also cleaned daily and in great condition. Definitely will be staying there again if possible.

My February stay

The condo is on the ground floor and the pool was heated and lovely. There was NO FREE BEACH SERVICE. The steps to the beach were hindered by piles of sand, shrubs, planting dirt and missing patio paving. The access to the beach from the condo required that we travel through the garage. I asked Beaches for a refund of some of my rent to compensate for this issue and never heard back.However when we had a backed up drain Beaches was quick to respond and cleared the problem.The bedrooms were comfortable. But the carpet was dirty as well as the dining room fabric covered chairs.

Better cleaning service

Both coffee pots filthy and ran vinegar through before use. Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky and dirty. Found contact lenses on bathroom floor. Used condo rag to wipe floor and rag was black afterwards. Many stains on ceilings and furniture. Was advertised as recently renovated but was obviously done many years ago.
