The listed amenities at both hotels.com and the location’s website did not match what we received. Hotels.com did not indicate the location was under renovation. The hotel had an unpleasant smell. There were no towels when we got to our room. We were able to get two sets of towels from the front desk, but there were three of us. We went back for more towels four times, but they never had another set available. There was no coffee maker in the room, though it was a listed amenity. The sofa bed was unusable. There were no dishes, cups, glasses, flatware, or cooking equipment. There were broken light fixtures. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were fine. It was reasonably quiet. The staff tried, but they simply did not have what was needed (towels). All of the issues are possibly explained by the heatwave and ongoing renovation. It is essential that hotels.com update the information about this location. (June, 2025)

Area wasnt terrible, it was loud at night, lots of noise, yelling, people burning out in parking lot. Our room was disgusting but we were not familiar with area and were only staying til early morning. The room was disgusting, there was food splashed all on side of fridge and floor, the bathtub was disgusting and not usable. The front desk people didnt really seem enthused or helpful, so we just decided to check bed and make sure everything was clean and get some sleep and head home in morning. We didnt use the fridge microwave or shower. It says no smoking but the whole building smelled like stale cigarettes and none of the elevators worked so we had to take stairs which was hard to find. Overall we were not happy even for 67 bucks the worse room we have ever stayed in

Unfortunately, even after attending g at the registration desk at 12:30 pm to inform front clerk that we would be arriving after 11:00 pm, we were told it wouldn't be an issue. No need to check in earlier. (I did complete the online check-in sent 24 hours ahead of date). When we arrived at the property about midnight, we had to knock hard on lobby doors several times; there was no entry buzzer/intercom, and no one was answering my cell phone calls directly to the front desk. A staff person, night clerk?, was finally walking through the lobby and helped us enter. We were told we were getting the "last available" room in the building. By now it was close to 12:30 a.m. There were no towels, soaps, any type of glasses or coffee maker in the room. Which, incidentally was a suite , and one would have expected it to be set up with kitchenware and extra bedding. We were happy to leave early the next morning.

Could've been better

Expected a fairly decent room. Our first room had stains, big spots on the floor, damaged walls, lights that didn't work, and an office chair that looked absolutely nasty. They switched us to a better room, but there were still lights that didn't work, the office chair was filthy, and the bed was only just ok enough to sleep on. I also had to reprogram the remote so it would work with the TV, but it only barely worked.
