I checked in my room on Feb 21. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was bottle caps behind the night stand. Along with that, there was no light in the closet and the outlet next to the bed didn’t work. I went downstairs to complain and the receptionist did try to fix the situation by switching me to another room but that room was smaller and the tub was dirty. So I asked her just to make sure it was cleaned the next day. The next day came, and I found a note stating that they couldn’t clean the room because the suitcases were left on the bed. (I understand that) However they never cleaned the bathroom I had to go back to the front for some clean towels….this continued over the next 2 days. The only thing I received for my troubles was a refrigerator that they brought to my room after midnight. I will NEVER STAY there again. Even left a not for management who never contacted me.

Lack of accommodations

The only problem that I had is the lack of accommodations....(ie) no mini fridge or microwave in the room. For $90 a night, one would think that those items would be accessible!

All of what I saw online for this specific property was misleading and horrible. We didn’t feel safe and had to leave. We asked for a refund right away after seeing the condition but staff said we had to contact Expedia. We didn’t stay and had to book another hotel for a huge amount since it was last minute. Not sure I’ll book thru Expedia again, this property’s photos are very misleading. The hotel was dirty, and it’s not worth the fees charged like most hotels in the downtown area. This is not in “downtown”as expected.

The rooms were extremely outdated, unclean from the walls to the carpet. Nats were everywhere even after being moved to another room. Our lamp was missing a light bulb and the person working the main desk had a pack and told us she didn't know if she could give us one and didn't! I am handicapped and I gave up my handicapped accessible room for one that was slighty cleaner, but had a deep drop off in the bathroom floor that i keep tripping off. Worst stay ever!

Picture on website is dishonest. Place is dangerous. Not staying and booking somewhere else
