Room was dirty. Comforter was filthy and not changed. Mold in bathroom with flaking paint. Elevator is broken. Housekeeping carts in the hallway to stairs that didnt move during our stay. Don't be fooled by the lobby, the rooms are gross

Manager awesome. Explained about shuttle. Breakfast good however everyone and their brother decided to come and eat at once. Had someone parked at waffle station making waffle after waffle. Out of coffeee had to wait and was done eating before could get coffee. Gal was very nice...it was lions game day so lots of people. Was nice they had ubc outlets in breakfast area..but none in rooms..had to use one on room tv..but very very slow charge. I would stay again.

Great customer service. Employees were all great. Friendly check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel provides a shuttle to Ford Field, casinos etc. Neighborhood around hotel had multiple homeless people and there is limited dining options. Overall this a solid hotel and I will stay again.

Old and dirty rooms. It’s OK if you wanna travel alone and save some money but definitely not travel for comfort or with family. The service was nice. The guy who checked me in is lovely, but they need to upgrade their rooms because right now they’re in terrible conditions.

Did not like much except that was close to the stadium. The TV didn’t work and it took a day to fix. The elevator didn’t work. The room smelled musty and moldy. The toilets were very small. The phone wouldn’t call down to the staff. The staff wouldn’t traverse the stairs to come up and help. We asked for a refund and got a run around. It was not a good stay.

The smoke smell was absolutely awful.

The smoke smell was absolutely awful. Took away from very comfy beds and a very great staff. Location is close to downtown but not safely walkable. It was the least expensive option downtown so I guess it was worth what I paid.
