I did not like the fact that they did not disclose anything, they will wait until you check in and pay your money before they tell you that the elevators are not in service after placing you on a higher level than floor 1 and the hotel is under construction so all you smell throughout the hotel floors are cigarettes and paint, the “free breakfast included” don’t waste your time it’s brown paper bag lunch style, booked multiple nights but immediately knew I couldn’t stay there with kids so the were supposed refund me and has yet to do so.

NEVER AGAIN, AND I'VE BEEN USING THIS HOTEL FOR 12 YEARS Went for a mommy & daughter adventure for my daughter's 14th birthday and pretty much everything went wrong! - The elevator was out of service LESS than an hour after arrival (It was fixed within two hours) Hot tub was COLD for hours....Kids knocked a FOOT Of water out of the hot tub, causing it to ICE COLD

Worst customer service experience in my life

I picked this hotel because of the pool, and the breakfast. No where online did it say breakfast was to go, because they are remodeling. We had a jetted tub in our room that the guy at the front seat new didn't work. Because i booked through a 3rd party I was treated differently. All I wanted was a stress free night away with my husband. We didn't get that at all. We were both very disappointed.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. First room had some issues with lighting moved to a second room then had issues with key card/lock and accessing channels on both tvs. The hotel in general was very noisey both from rooms and hallway even after 10:00 pm. Then the next morning we were woke up at 6:30 to someone in the room below yelling on his phone during several different phone calls over approx. an hour.

There was a red stain on the toilet seat, there was no toilet paper holder, and the granite countertop was not secured to the wall. Therefore falling off the wall. The room was freezing, cold, and took a very long time to warm up. The heating system dial continually rotated in a circle.

Hotel smelled like weed everywhere. Breakfast was a to go bag and it was not good. The staff at the hotel top notch, know complaints there.
