I've been to this place before and they had average/ok service but this time I didn't really enjoy my stay. First off, I always book my stayings through Expedia but they always act like they don't do that. So it kinda starts off with you going back and forth with someone saying you paid online until someone else comes in and processes it then asks for the deposit. Don't know why I have to go through those loops but, ok. Now, my main problem is that I saw a roach on my last day there before I took a shower. It was like 4 or 5 in the am when this happened and I IMMEDIATELY packed my things to check out. I go up there, tell them and they say they're having their "spray man" come tomorrow or something. I think that's kinda unfair that I won't enjoy a "roach-free experience" till the next day so I asked for a discount. The person just said no and that's it. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I took a picture and everything but they deflected the whole thing. Kinda gross imo. Don't think I'm coming back here again.
I never got to stay at the property but thanks to Expedia you guys were awesome and so was Cash app I got my money refunded within 48 hours so I'm not on the street thank you they wouldn't take me there because I had a cat even though they said they were pet friendly
