Towels were what I cal derm abrasion. The property is undergoing a remodel, and the public area were new and the rooms were 1980. I had no table lamp and nor charging facility for phone or laptop No lighting, one lamp for the bedroom area!

The staff was rude and unprofessional. Also they need to make it clear in advance that the continental breakfast isn’t free. They charge $18.95 for a basic free breakfast at any other hotel. Disappointed. They also allowed people to check in under my personal name without me present.

This location is currently going through a renovation but it didn’t really disturb much of anything. Beds and pillows allowed for a good night sleep with zero interruptions. I would stay here again for sure.

Receptionist isn’t respectful enough also there is no complementary breakfast which is sad , the breakfast menu is also not good though- typical American. They need to learn hospitality from Indian hotels.
