Check in was unsettling because we were to meet at 3:00 but were unsure when we’d arrive. Tried SEVERAL times to ask what we should do. Once we got in, there was no remote for tv (contacted host, no response) the cleaning person brought us one. Then we had trouble with the key to the front door. Apparently there was a “trick” to it (from other residents), but we were never told. Then internet wasn’t working. Got that fixed, so now all is good, right? WRONG!! This unit is as exact as pictured, meaning Tiger stadium is right out your window but so are the stadium lights! Which shine brightly 24 hours right into the bedroom! Not to mention 6:00am sun. So if you want to sleep, this isn’t the place for you. Just one word to the host to fix this CURTAINS!!
