Best of all was the staff! Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly and service minded. Breakfast staff were phenomenal. The room was as expected. The pool was clean but both the pool area and pool was pretty chilly. It was however a very cold weekend in January that we visited.

Abundant amount of parking on site. Our room was large. Concerned that it was located across from elevator but was quiet. Breakfast offered chicken and turkey sausage, veggie egg white omelets, pancakes, oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and even offered chocolate milk. Of course there were cinnamon rolls. Room had hydromassage shower head but with adjustment, not really strong but lots of hot water. Would stay here again. First time in weeks I didn't wake up sore all over or with a headache.

Remote did not work well. Went to desk. First they said I was not working it right and maintenance would be up. No one came. Second day she put in new batteries and said maintenance would be up. Third day she looked and said there was no replacement but she would sent up maintenance. No one came. Body wash was empty. They gave meanew bottlebottle and someone would be up to put it in. No one came.
