Updates please

When I booked this trip there was no report of a remodel so the pool was closed, no breakfast, and I think I got the wrong room! I asked for 2 queen beds and I think I got 2 double beds. The room itself was nice and clean. Trying to find this hotel was hard also bc they are changing names and it wasn’t labeled as the new name on this site the old name was gone of the sign. And it wasn’t on the main path to find. Please make sure that the right name and any updates are labeled so other customers don’t have the same experience!

One of the worst I've ever experienced.

I've been to over 20 countries, half the states in the US and half the provinces in Canada. This was probably the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The place is filthy to the point of it being unhealthy. Rooms were disgusting - mold all over the ceilings, debris in the hallway, heater/air conditioner filled with some sort of mystery substance. There is no breakfast - it's simply granola bars and stale coffee. The exercise room is deplorable. The staff member that helped us at the desk WAS very friendly and welcoming. I wish I'd gotten her name. A young lady with dark hair and glasses. I wouldn't even recommend this place for a quick one-night-stay for a concert. I've included some photos - but honestly they don't even do justice for the condition the property is in. Oh, and we also saw a literal fist fight in the parking lot in the middle of the day (I have video saved on my phone). Stay away.

Do not stay here!!!!!

Hotel was disgusting, it was under construction, dust everywhere, smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere, our mattress was ancient, tub was gross. Breakfast was a joke, first morning there they closed breakfast up an hour early and then said the posted time was wrong but it was posted in 2 places and the night desk told us it was until 10 am as well. Second day we got breakfast, it was coffee, juice and a nutragrain bar. Manager was rude. Close this place!

Dirty and dark

We arrived and one of our rooms was dark (entrance light didn't work and others were dim) and dingy and had a funny smell - a cross between stale and old cigarette smoke. The second room we weren't even able to get into. The key didn't work despite being "reprogrammed" twice. Front desk said "we are fully booked - I can refund your rooms." Probably a blessing in disguise that we had to find a completely new hotel at 10pm because there is no way I would have stayed the night here.

In spite of supposedly being a non-smoking facility, it is clear that people frequently smoke in the rooms. There were cigarette burns on some of the furniture, and the room smelled dirty from repeated smoking. Aside from that the furniture was worn. The staff was nice enough and things were reasonably clean in spite of all, but this is not a place to stay if you have any sensitivity to cigarette smoke.

I had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room, the bathroom was covered in gnats (bugs). It was disgusting. The rugs haven’t been vacuumed and the breakfast area was filthy. No coffee and no cups. I will never stay here again. Disgusting.
