Booked this hotel last minute, was in the area for a youth hockey tournament. Have stayed a multiple Wyndham properties in the past without any issues. I quickly scanned the photos and booked the hotel without doing a deeper dive. We arrived around 9:25pm Check-in was quick and the gentleman at the front desk was very social and friendly. The room was in poor condition. Damaged, dated and dirty is the best way to describe it. Looked nothing like the pictures. The room had a smell. The walls had stains, fridge had old spills, desk chair was stained, bathroom door and adjoining door was damaged. Lots of dust, dirt and grime. We debated on asking for another room but decided not to bother as it was late and we were leaving bright and early for a hockey game. We eventually fell a sleep without issue. At approximately 3:15am an incident began to ensue as a guest was locked out of his room which happened to be the room directly attached to ours. The man became very escalated and began pounding on the door, yelling and swearing. Scaring us all. Dogs in other rooms began barking. Once the gentleman gained entry into the room the situation escalated further. More yelling, swearing banging and the sounds violence continued. I contacted the front desk. Security attended, police were contacted. The man left before the police arrived. Police began banging on the door next to ours at 4am. Let’s just say we were terrified and disturbed. Did not sleep after that.

My room was amazing noise level was very peaceful, desk clerk Mr Adam was more than helpful he went above and beyond for any questions or concerns. I left 2 items after checking out and I called he went to the room and gathered them for me! He deserves a dang ol raise!

Worst place I have ever stayed

The room and the linens were visibly dirty and stained. There were chunks of dirt on the floor of our room. There were pubic hairs in the shower before we had used the bathroom. The pillows had visible, dark yellow stains that could seen through the pillow cases. The carpet in the hall and elevator was visibly soiled. It smelled like cigarettes in the halls. The breakfast room was dirty. The chairs were sticky and the counters were wet. The complimentary breakfast was just a tray of toaster waffles, a tray of sliced white bread, and a plastic container of dry cereal. The mini-fridge held one three quart pitcher of apple juice and one three quart pitcher of milk. The staff were rude and slow. You have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned. When you check in, they charge you a $100 security deposit on top of the room fee. The towels feel like you're drying yourself with a burlap bag. We checked out a day early because it was so terrible.

I got one room it was dirty and stunk so I got another room and it was still dirty but not as bad. Staff very kind but they are not keeping up on the rooms as they should. My toilet was clogged for like 20 minutes and they didn’t even have a toilet plunger.

Staff are friendly,hallway floor was terrible dirty rugs are nasty, the smell at hallway are mixed up with clorox,urine and weed. Bathroom our room smel urine,and there was pubic hair in the tub😂 and all towels need to be replace a brand new one, the color from white turn into dark beige. At the window there is a space with foam cover was nasty dirty,anywhere outside smells weed, because i try to move out the other side our car by the pool entrance but even worst😂😂 weed power. Room so humid, also from upstair and both side next door room, is like some kids playing football😂😂 but wont bother us,me and my husband was laughing we understand what kids are😂 and when i went to the lobby morning time i saw the cleaning lady, and the water on the bin is very black 😂 But we have a good sleep anyway after we took benadryl lol 😂

This property was nasty as hell. There were roaches and spiders. They moved us 3 times. The absolute worst. Bedspreads were disgusting as well as the floor.
