Enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is the front desk has trouble answer the phone.

Excellent Hotel Experience
Posted Mar. 3, 2024 on HotelsService was excellent. Offered a discount because pool needed service or even option to cancel reservation in advance. Front desk was terrific.
The Take 5 Restaurant is excellent. Great food and great service. Love it

I am sorry our pool was closed during the dates of your stay. We unfortunately had a leak that needed immediate attention, so we had to take the pool out of commission. I recognize this was not what you were expecting when you booked with Saint John's Resort. I apologize for the inconvenience we caused you.

Absolutely beautiful room. Everything was extremely clean. We had dinner at the Wine Gratto and that was great too. Very friendly staff and I would highly recommend.
