Welcome to Signature on Gunn – Devonport’s newest boutique accommodation - A fully restored 1889 built classic federation home, Signature on Gunn has been tastefully decorated with modern fittings and appliances to suit the most discerning guests. There are three large bedrooms, two with king size doubles and one with twin single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with independent panel heaters for those cooler Tasmanian nights.

Signature on Gunn is the new way to rest, holiday and relax. Enjoy with your family and friends, or make that special occasion spectacular. If you need some R & R for yourself, this is the place. Enjoy absolute privacy, space and comfort.

The property has been created to offer guests a unique and inspirational stay. Built Circa 1900, Signature on Gunn exudes classic federation-era features and style, alongside contemporary edge. Practice your culinary skills in the fully appointed gourmet marble and timber kitchen with European appliances, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, all in an open plan dining and living room. Serve and enjoy your gourmet meal at the custom-made dining table.

Sleep well at Signature, with 3 relaxing king size bedrooms, king size beds and European or designer linen. Bathe and recharge in the enormous bathroom with double shower, heated floors and large soak bath plus a separate marble laundry with European front loader washing machine and separate dryer. With the option to convert one of the bedrooms into two king singles; Signature gives you the flexibility to cater for couples, friends and children.

Signature on Gunn has gorgeous designer and/or European linen, towels and toiletries. We even provide you with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hand soap and body moisturiser to enjoy and pamper yourself while you stay. Comfortable stay

This three bedroom house has been nicely renovated with a fantastic bathroom with underfloor heating, comfortable bedding, nicely decorated and good amenities. We picked apples from the backyard, used netflix easily on the TV, and the living/kitchen has a nice layout for eating and relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen was adequate. The central gas fireplace kept the whole place warm. Only just out of town so you could walk to shops and restaurants but not the nicest walk so we drove (everything is within 5 minutes). A few nice short walks close by. 45 mins to Lake Barrington and an hour from Launceston. A very comfortable stay.

Fantastic little gem of a place. A little rough looking outside, but a gem in side. A great Decor and a bathroom to dream for. We will be rebooking this home on our next trip south. Thank you for your fabulous home for us to stay in.

Second time around staying at this property. It was as fantastic as I remembered. Great location and facilities in property. Manager was flexible and accommodating of early check in to align with ferry arrival.

Clean and tasteful. Amazing kitchen and bathroom and backyard. We also had a BBQ on the back deck, and picked tons of apples which were delightful. A wonderful warm and artistic home

Lovely property, close to Devonport CBD. Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Owner’s communication and flexibility was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Only improvement would be drawers in the bedroom to unpack into and perhaps a few more pots/pans in the kitchen.

Charming, luxurious and comfortable - a must place to stay

Signature on Glenn is a beautiful place to stay. It has all of the luxury you expect (comfortable beds, bathroom with amazing shower, awesome couch and functional but beautiful kitchen) whilst also having a few you don’t always see but is a nice surprise when you do (all your bathroom needs - heaps of toilet paper and shampoo conditioner and body wash, underfloor heating in the bathroom, laundry supplies as well as a great washer and dryer, an endless supply of extra blankets - not that you need them and finally - toys in the single beds room definitely a winner for the young ones) If you get the opportunity you should stay We have stayed in a lot of places and have found it is the small things that count. For example there is no point having a big king size bed if it isn’t comfortable or the sheets are not quality. Or it’s not worth having a beautiful bathroom if the water goes everywhere but in the drain when you have a shower. Rest assured Signature on Glenn will not disappoint Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home It is a shame it couldn’t be for longer
