The pros: Awesome view and pleasant and comfortable and spacious common spaces. Overall cleanliness was good.Cons: It is pretty buried in the description but this unit is above a busy restaurant. The deck in front of the ocean is not private for you and your family. When we arrived it was filled with two large outdoor grills smoking away, many dining customers at tables, and the driveway with cars and motorcycles going in and out. The restaurant is very noisy until midnight on the weekends. Its pretty ridiculous for the "house rules" to state that we are not to make too much noise when music is blasting from the kitchen below. The restaurant kitchen also makes the master bedroom above it very warm. Thankfully the restaurant at least has good food and nice people. There is no hot water in the kitchen, which makes difficult to wash the dishes. There is an oven, but not a single dish to cook anything in the oven with! We had to borrow a cooking sheet from the restaurant. There weren't any food prepping knives to cut up vegetables or meat, just a single bread knife. They provided very little toilet paper for 6 people for four five days and four nights, no shower soap and only an empty hand soap container in the upstairs bathroom, necessitating us to purchase extra toilet paper and soap. Additionally, there is a dangerous and ugly pit behind the house filled with construction debris. This place has the potential to be so much better!
