If you love mid-century, you will love this Rehoboth Beach gem! We call this a 'mid-century gem' as all of the wooden beams are exposed in the ceilings and the home was built in the 60s. The location is simply unbeatable - you will be just two blocks away from the beach.

You will love sitting on the screened-in porch and enjoying a cold beverage after a nice day frolicking in the sand. Or you might as well hit the fully enclosed backyard. The backyard features a propane grill, perfect for warm-weather barbecues, a deck with a picnic table and patio chairs, and plenty of space for the kids to happily play. Inside, the living area boasts a large TV and a cozy C-shaped sofa. Enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table, however, you can find extra dining space at the breakfast bar, which seats more people if needed. The kitchen will make cooking a breeze as it's equipped with all major appliances (no dishwasher). Additional perks include TVs in each bedroom for endless entertainment!

Very cool house, terrific quiet location. Plenty of towels and a great yard. We rented end of season so house needs some TLC, old stove two burners did not work, shower knob fell off. Nothing to discourage us, but we own an old house. Folks who gage new homes might be put off.

Great beach shack

Good location, walking distance to beach and Dewey. It looks exactly as pictured, just a basic beach shack that hasn’t been updated in awhile. The AC struggled to keep up during the hot July days, especially in the master. There is very little insulation in the home, if any. We brought a fan and used it a lot. Some of the beds were less than comfy. The fly swatters got used often. The yard was great and Roku TVs were easy to use. Overall it was enjoyable for our family vacation.

Fantastic location!

The property was exactly as advertised. Convenient walk to Fifer Orchards and Starboard area in Dewey. House was clean and had great screened porch. Would recommend to any faily that travels with their dog as well!
