Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath poolside condo, located in the Residences at Lighthouse Cove. Swim in the ocean - 1 block away. Steps to the outdoor pool. Dine at many of the great restaurants in Dewey. Boat or jetski rentals within the block. This condo has a patio which walks out directly to the outdoor pool. On the bay, one block to the ocean. Walk to everything that Dewey has to offer. Ride the Jolley Trolley to Rehoboth Beach for more dining and great boardwalk for the kids with FunLand. Bedroom #1 King w/en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 Bunk beds w/queen bottom, twin top, and twin trundle. Sit on your furnished patio next to the outdoor pool, which is exclusive to the owners of the condo's and not to the hotel guests. Enjoy the benefits of living in the Residences: Outdoor pool in season, grilling area, and firepits for those chilly evenings. Enjoy the view of the bays from the veranda. We have stayed at The Residences several times because it’s the perfect set-up for a family with two teenagers (their own bathroom being key!). It’s clean, we enjoy the pool and the location is great—easy walk to the beac and bay. We had a poolside room this year, which I wouldn’t do again, only because I enjoy the view of the bay. If my children were younger the poolside room would’ve been great.

Great unit

We enjoyed our stay and this unit and would go back again. We have stayed in that complex before and this is a great unit. It is on the pool level and has an exit directly to the pool. The unit and its furniture are in good shape. The owner could do a little better on the small things - the coffee filters are the wrong ones for the machine, the bath towel are past their prime and are pretty rough, and mainly, the blinds in the main bedroom do not block enough sun.

Great time!

The condo was great! Very clean, nicely updated, and comfy master bed. Pool was right outside our patio door. One block to the beach. We are not partiers but if you are this would be good for you too since there’s a lot of bars around.

Quiet and relaxing mini vacation

We have been to the Hyatt Dewey Residences thru the hotel before and aware of the property, but this is the first time using VRBO. The condos are so wonderful to stay in and has just about everything one would need to stay. The attached hotel has an indoor heated pool, which we have previously enjoyed, but this time it was very cold when we went down to check it out. The improvements made to the lighthouse deck with the nightly sunset was spectacular and a must do. Of course, the surrounding area Dewey and Rehobeth have multiple places to eat and things to do. We also relaxed in the condo with the gas fireplace as well. We love the area off season and hope to return this winter. Communication with owner was great and we highly recommend this property.

Perfect location

My friends and I had a great weekend staying at this condo. The 6 of us slept comfortably but I think if we had anyone else it would have been tight. It’s walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and across the street from the beach. The walk out to the pool was so nice. My only complaint is there was a lot of sand on the floor when we first got to the condo and there were a bunch of flies that we couldn’t get rid of. Also the condo didn’t have much toilet paper. Highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Location is perfect for all things Dewey! Loved that our condo was poolside. Bayside beach was a perfect spot to watch the fireworks.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful Condo in Dewey Beach. Rented it for a wedding weekend. The condo was nicely decorated, very clean and in great condition. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the pool was not open yet and it was 90 degrees out.

Nice Spring Break

Overall this was a wonderful place to be in the Spring. Not too crowded and right on the bay where there were lovely sunsets each night. A very short walk to the beach too. Property was spacious and in a great location. It would have been nice to have been provided with some information on things to do and places to eat in the area. Also, there was no way to get from the apartment to the beach (even though it seemed that you could walk directly out the gates were locked). Having to walk out through the parking lot each time was a bit of a bummer. Overall a very nice experience.

Wonderful Condo

This was a great condo to get away for the week and relax. We were there off season, so the outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was awesome, we swam every day. Its close to the beach and we could watch the sunset over the bay in the evenings. I hope we get to go back again soon.

Good place for families

Clean and new, manager super-easy to communicate with. Our teen and pre-teen could spread out in different rooms (one in full lower bunk bed, one in queen pullout in living room; they didn't want top bunk or trundle). Had friends over; room on the lanai to socially-distance 4 adults. Nice to be able to walk out from lanai to pool. For our next visit, kids requested a place closer to the Rehoboth boardwalk but it's not a long drive. Could hear the family with toddlers upstairs who woke early, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs in case. FYI beach and boardwalk not uncomfortably crowded during our stay (Mon thru Fri), masks enforced on the boardwalk, and everyone wore masks in hallways.
