Luxury 2-bedroom condo at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove located in the heart of Dewey Beach. This unit features great views of Rehoboth Bay and is only 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean. Easy walk to Dewey Beach’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

This condominium is beautifully appointed and includes: 1) a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and complimentary coffee/tea bar, 2) ample balcony furnished for lounging and eating, 3) 4K High-Definition televisions (with premium cable subscription) and AmazonÂź Alexa speakers located throughout for your entertainment enjoyment, and 4) gas fireplace in living room.

This unit sleeps up to 6. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, There is also 2 twin roll out beds for extra sleeping space.

Outdoor amenities include: 1) rooftop heated infinity pool, 2) fire pits, 3) gas grills, 4) outdoor seating areas (for both relaxing and eating). Indoor amenities include those located within the adjoining hotel: 1) indoor saltwater pool, 2) fitness room.

This unit also includes access to a private storage room which includes all the pool and beach toys you need (kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, boogie boards, sand toys, beach carts and games such as corn-hole, bucket ball, bocce ball, ladder toss and more) (Note: the storage room and beach toys are also accessible by 1 other Condo unit, but there should be ample toys to enjoy and share).

Rentals include complete linens and towels and access to 2 private parking spaces, all of which provided at no additional cost.

The place was nice and they had everything there from coffee to toothbrushes! The people on the 3rd floor made a lot of noise especially between 1 and 2 in the morning. Parking was not good for 2 large vehicles so we had to pay $31.00/day to park one on the street (6 days at $31/day adds up and place isn’t cheap. Floor was dirty so we pulled out the vacuum and that didn’t work.

No water view and no luxury

We very disappointed in this property especially for the price we paid. The condo was in a crowded concrete location with no water view. Our condo faced other apartments with a street view. At night all we heard was neighbors above us and barking dogs in the street below us. Although it stated it was pet friendly, there was no grass area for the dogs. I would not recommend this location is you are looking for luxury or a peaceful beach experience.

A Month in Delaware

The apartment and location was just as advertised. The apartment had everything that I needed for my month at the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and the sunrises from the beach across the street. The local coffee houses, pizza place and Starboard Claw were all welcoming and delicious. I also enjoyed the Lighthouse right on the pier where the apartment is located.

Lovely condo, perfect location

I’ve been vacationing in Rehoboth Beach since I was a little girl. Now that I’m a mom, my kids love it too. I love this condo over hotels on the boardwalk because it’s super roomy, clean & quiet. Access to 2 pools, just a block from the ocean and restaurants and right on the bay. And then a quick 1.5m drive or jolly trolly trip to RB boardwalk & Funland. This place is stocked too, full of little amenities. Loved the coffee bar, easy access storage full of chairs & beach toys, full washer & dryer, fresh AC, balcony with a bay few, huge couch & board games! Will definitely stay here again & again!

Very nice condo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I stayed here for a little get away and liked this property very much! The condo was was clean and well organized and had just about everything you’d need including, plenty of bath towels, dishes and silverware and dish towels. The condo had plenty of paper products, more than enough for our five day stay. The condo had so many nice touches like a large variety of k-cups, tea, honey, lemon and creamer. The pantry had some disposable dishes, plastic ware and napkins as well as a wide variety of spices and cooking oils. The bathroom rooms had a nice supply of amenities from shampoo, conditioner and body wash to toothbrushes, toothpaste and other little useful things like shower caps, eye masks and ear plugs. There was a storage unit in the garage filled with beach chairs and toys for the kids. The condo has a little side view of the bay and a nice patio to sit and enjoy a meal and is a very short walk to the beach. We took advantage of the gym that is included. The gym is well equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical and a peloton, along with a wide variety of free weights. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it. We thought the condo was quiet, but can’t answer to what the noise level would be during peak times. Take a short drive to a cute little boardwalk and any dining or shopping you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property. Clean and up to date. They had extras of lots of things you may need when traveling. My three year old loved the extra toys in the closet! Perfect location. We already discussed coming back next year!

Lovely Stay!

The apartment was gorgeous! My family and I couldn't believe how clean it was. Even the glasses and spices in the cabinet were spotless. :) The location was just perfect. The beach was minutes away and the infinity pool was a great option as well. We will definitely try and return next summer!

We had a great time, the beach it right across the street and the bay side is nice to see for sunsets. Plenty restaurants and amenities and the condo was very nice and clean, one of the best stays we had traveling a family, I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to return again.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The view of the bay from the balcony and master bedroom was so nice. It was also the best stocked home we have ever stayed in - from toiletries to kitchen items to beach gear. Lastly, can’t beat the location! Backing to the bay with a beach area and one block to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for an Adult Weekend in Dewey!

Me and three friends spent the weekend in Dewey celebrating the upcoming nuptials of one of our friends. We were looking for a nice place in the heart of Dewey. We wanted to do all the things we enjoyed doing in our 20s (dancing at the Rudder, orange crushes at Starboard, fried chicken at Jimmy's, etc) but be comfortable in a place fitting for the adults we are now. This place was perfect! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed (and a few things we didn't know we needed), it was super clean, and the location was perfect. It was a great weekend.

Fantastic Rental Property

Highly recommended! Our family loved this condo. It was SUPER clean and very modern. The owners keep it stocked the essentials - shampoo, body wash, paper goods, coffee, creamer, etc. There is a closet of beach items with chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys if you have little ones. The closet is shared with another condo but we did not noticed anyone else using it and our toddler loved the toy selection. There is an infinity pool on the property we enjoyed one day to take a break from the beach. We will definitely rent again!

Fantastic rental in Dewey Beach

I stayed at this property over the 4th of July with my teenage daughter and two of her friends. The property was perfect and so nicely done. I was surprised as I wasn’t expecting this at the beach. The property is clean, well decorated and in a great location. The parking is a life saver. I highly recommend this property and will stay again if I ever head back to the beach.
