Be Careful

Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow. Next morning during check out they charged me for broken door knob and broken water tube. I requested to cancel up-coming next two reservations. They charged even though I didn't stay. I will try to work out with Hotel.com. Please be careful with them...

I am sorry to know all these. We have improved a lot in last one year and we would like to welcome to try us again and enjoy the newly environment and amenities we have introduced since then. You gonna enjoy our new bedding, Electronic safe box, minibar, higher speed wifi of 8mbps etc. The interior of whole building and rooms have been changed. We are also happy to offer you one night complementary stay with us as our valued returning guest.

ホテルスタッフさんが素敵なホテル

CNGでホテルの前に着いた時の印象では、大丈夫かな…と若干不安になるような感じでした。 しかし、中に入るとニコニコしたスタッフさんがウェルカムドリンクで迎えて下さり、とても感じが良かったです。英語も全く問題なく通じ、とても丁寧な対応にこちらも思わず微笑んでしまいました。 ただ、夕食や朝食は時間通りにはまず来ないので、頼む際には十分時間に余裕を持ってお願いしたほうが無難です。
