清潔で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もにこやかで、親切でした。空港到着後にホテルに電話して送迎をお願いしましたが、直前にもかかわらず、快く対応してくれました。ただ、帰りにも送迎をお願いしましたが、受付の人に最初、車が2台しかなくて1台は日中ずっと使われているから手配できるかわからないと言われました。さらに無料送迎つきと言わないと、何が料金に含まれているか把握していないようで、送迎代を請求されそうになりした。無料送迎付きだと、自分で印刷していた予約内容を見せたら、お金は請求されませんでしたが、空きの車がないときはUberでタクシーを手配して自己負担と言われました。結 局、空いている車があったので、無料で送迎してもらえましたが、最後にちょっと嫌な気分になりました。
