The team at Hyatt have been amazing. My partner rolled her ankle near the top of Triund and the hotel arranged for her to be stretchered off the mountain and taken straight to hospital for x-rays. The staff have been most attentive and concerned for her wellbeing. Really impressed!! Thank you .. thank you

Joseph was extremely helpful in planning our visit. At the property, Sneha was commendable at the restaurant especially in helping out with my fussy children. One small extra step on her part and I will definitely be visiting again. Commendable service from the entire team.

The place to stay when in Dharamsala

A wonderful stay in Dharamshala
Publié le 22 sept. 2021 sur HotelsWe stayed for 4 nights at the Hyatt, the hotel is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The pool was closed so it was a bit disappointing but all the staff workers were really nice and helpful. The food was very good, and the were happy to prepare dishes especially for the kids. Highly recommended.
