Un super bungalow bien équipée dans la nature...

Pour : La fonctionalité des équipements du bungalow Le bon raport/qualité prix en hiver...
Contre : Des assiettes qui peuvent rentrer dans le lave-vaisselle... La révision de l'éclairage de la terrasse...
Emplacement : La possibilité de parcourir la grande et superbe plage et d'y construire des chateaux de sable...
Nous avons occupé un bugalow de deux chambres (soit 4 personnes) dans un écrin de nature visité par les kangourous et les lapins, situé à proximité d'une suberpe et grande plage sur laquelle des vagues s'enroulent dans un vacarme vivifiant. Pendant la période hivernale : nous n'avons pu profiter ni des picines, ni du restaurant : l'un et l'autre apparaisent fort accueillants et sympathiques.

I loved the fact that it was literally a skip, hop and jump away from the beach and resort pool! It was a lovely relaxing getaway perfect for our family of four. The accommodation was modern and clean. There was plenty for us to do. As we’re an active family we made use of the tennis court and ran along the beach in the mornings….

Great property in great location with great facilities and very helpful staff! Our villa was very private and centrally located so only a short walk to everything.

This accommodation is terrible. Booked a unit just by the pool and beach. Couldn't leave any doors unlocks for a nice breeze was every screen door lock was broken. All screens had holes in them. So much so multiple frogs where in our room before we realised. Pillows flat and bed horribly uncomfortable. Accommodation was old, out dated and in terrible condition. Stayed one night out of requirement. Woke up to mouse poop over the floor in dining room and kitchen in the morning. Made a complaint to reception prior to leaving. Simply told us they had a wait list and if we weren't happy to leave. Then advised we would have to deal with WOTIF directly as there customer service couldn't be understood due to not speaking English! Disgusting comment about the WOTIF staff and terrible attitude from staff at accommodation. Save your money or stay somewhere else.

Whilst we don't agree with your assessment of the accommodation, nor your recollection of the events as they unfolded and our responses to your requests we did, without hesitation, agree to refund your accommodation and approved Wotif at the time to refund you. Again we are sorry the accommodation did not meet with your expectation & we respect your right to your opinions but we do proudly stand behind a long history of 8.5+/10 reviews across almost 500 reviews from wotif customers that says in the majority of circumstances we meet the expectations of the travelling customer. We never get it 100% right & there is always areas that we can improve & we welcome constructive criticism. But sometimes no matter what we do there are people that are determined to create a bad experience for themselves and our business and when this happens there is very little we are able to do to rectify the situation. We hope that you are able to find accommodation for your next holiday that better meets with your expectations

Great place, great amenities, close to beach, has everything you need for a lovely get away. the check in was excellent and the staff are awesome. Had a great weekend.
