We recently stayed at this charming home for nearly six weeks. It is very nicely decorated and has many amenities. Large size capacity washer and dryer were great. The host was extremely communicative. If you wish to visit both Houston and Galveston, this is the perfect "in the middle" place to stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The overall stay was just fine.. We had some bug issues which can be corrected.. Some tender loving care is needed.. More like a woman touch.. Overall the stay wasn’t that bad.. Compared to others some work is needed.. Nice house area is peaceful and quiet

Fun Stay - Great House - Great Location

Wonderfully located near NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, and Galveston. The house was very nice and everything worked for us. Parking is great. Its a great setup for dogs though we did not bring ours. There is a dog door and the yard is big. The neighbors were very nice and greeted us. We would be very glad to stay here again in the future.

We stay at the Cheerful home for the weekend. It was roomy and had everything we needed for our weekend. Jason was great in answering questions in a quick time frame. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the area with family.

The home was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with good access to the activities we planned (NASA, Kemah, visiting with friends). Jason was an excellent host - responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Family members visiting extended family nearby-perfect!

Perfect family stay! It was spacious and comfy and well-equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and stocked with soap, shampoo, hairdryer, lots of towels, and all the paper toiletries.The patio area was perfect. Some chairs were wobbly out there but nothing we could not work around.The weather in late February was ideal. We did not damage the blinds in the master bedroom but maybe a dog did that with a previous guest. We had so much room and space indoors and out. We moved the couches around to talk and face each other in the large living room and maybe have forgotten to move them back! I think the only thing I'd change would be to add a few more spare blankets and new blinds or curtains in the master bedroom and adding barstools for the kitchen. But really, I will stay here again and again if visiting family again. So grateful.

Lots of Sunlight!

Great 2 week stay at Jason’s place. I’m a digital nomad and wifi is fast, supported all work functions. Fantastic sunlight coming in lots of windows, updated design and furnishings. Nice area to walk during breaks. Jason is quick to respond if needed. Would stay here again

A perfect place for our family

Our family of 5 was in the Dickinson area visiting family. Jason’s house was a perfect stopping point for us. The location is very convenient to I45, Kemah, Galveston, NASA and surrounding communities. Jason’s house is clean, has a good-sized yard and plenty of extras in the cupboards to help a guest feel at home. We would definitely recommend Jason’s place. My kids had the following comments when asked what they thought of the house: My 13-year old “It was really nice. I like that we all got our own beds. I think it was modern and perfect and really really nice. To be honest, it was better than the other places we have stayed at” My 11-year old “It’s nice and modern and it’s got a nice kitchen” My 9-year old “I LOVED it and I LOVED sleeping in the loft and it was all so nice and so modern.”

Clean and spacious

This property was accurately listed. It was very clean. Minimally stocked but had everything needed to cook. We loved the big island in the kitchen. Easy to access the property and great communication with the manager/owner. We would stay here again if we needed a location in this area.
