Central location to Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mtn.

Our condo is approximately 1,070 sq ft. and has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with a closet, trundle bed separated by double doors from the second bedroom. and three full baths. The condo is a non-smoking property and the Lodge at Lake Dillon as a whole is a non-smoking property. No pets except for service animals are allowed if you are renting the condo. If you do have a service or emotional support animal, you will need to provide documentation upon booking.

However, the owners of condo units may have personal pets in their unit, so you may see dogs and cats in the building.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is made up of privately owned properties , it is not a hotel. The Lodge is not a "party building" and parties are not allowed in our unit. Guests should conduct themselves accordingly. The Lodge is a NO SMOKING building. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, in common areas inside or outside the building. The condo is licensed as a Short Term Rental property in the City of Dillon, CO - License # 65155320 G 06.

There is a central living area/kitchen with a full bath and balcony. There is an ensuite full bath in the master. The second bedroom and the alcove share a full bath with a pocket door for privacy. There is a daybed/trundle bed in the alcove. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The primary and second bedroom have views of Buffalo Mountain, Red Mountain and Mount Silverthorne and others.

The condo sleeps a limit of 6 guests. There is room for ski or snowboard storage in the unit and on the balcony. The unit is not air conditioned, most properties in Summit County are not. Ceiling fans are in two of the bedrooms and portable evaporative coolers and floor fans have been purchased and are available in the unit if needed in the summer.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is very quiet and well maintained. There is an outdoor pool for summer use and an indoor sauna and hot tub for after your day of skiing. The outside has flowers in season, trees and grassy area and on the Lake Dillon side, there is access to biking and walking trails. The building has elevator access to all floors. There is a sheltered area in front of the building for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Other amenities of Lodge at Lake Dillon include a coin laundry room on the ground floor.

The condo kitchen is fully furnished with all the utensils, glasses, dinnerware you can imagine. The appliances have been completely updated with stainless steel. There is a bar with seating for four. A full bath is located on the left as you enter the unit off the hallway leading to the kitchen.

The living area with a comfortable sofa, a huge Mexican chest as a coffee table, a 42 inch flat screen with Comcast cable access and a blue ray player that can also be used to access your Netflix account. The blue ray player also accommodates cd’s and dvd’s. There is free private wifi in the unit.

There is a gas fireplace next to the sliding glass door that opens onto a deck with seating for two and room for more. Additional outdoor seating is stored inside the condo in the closet off the master bedroom.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a flat panel tv with Comcast cable and a blue ray player. There is also a full bath ensuite. One wall of each bedroom has an expansive view of the mountain ranges surrounding Dillon. The condo overlooks the Lodge parking lot and downtown Dillon.

One wall of the second bedroom also provides views of the surrounding mountain ranges as well as the Lodge parking lot and downtown Dillon.. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a large closet with mirrored doors. This room has a flat screen tv with Comcast Cable and an internal dvd player. Also located on this side of the condo is a sleeping alcove separated from the second bedroom double doors. The alcove is furnished with a daybed/trundle bed, a small dining table/desk and a bookshelf with a collection of books, dvd’s and games. The full bath on this side has a vanity area and a full size tub with shower with a pocket door for privacy.

With every season, there are activities in Dillon and the surrounding towns for everyone. Guests can ride the Summit Stage, a free bus service that transports guests and their skis/bikes to all towns and ski locations in the county.

The Lodge is located in downtown Dillon and provides easy driving access to local restaurants, a supermarket, a movie theater, bike and ski/snowboard equipment, a concert venue, bike trails and a lakeside Tiki Bar (summers only). You are within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and just a few minutes’ drive from many more. Brochures and menus are available in the condo and on the web. The Silverthorne Outlet stores are about a 5 minute drive away.

This was a great central location to Keystone, Breck, Copper, Beaver Creek and Vail! We also had friends who wanted to X-country ski, which would have been ideal location, but can't do much about the snow! The condo was super clean! It was also very comfortable for 2 couples. The added den was nice for those of us who needed to do a little work while in CO. The hosts were super responsive and polite when we had any questions about our stay.

We love Dillon, it is our family's happy place, and we loved this space. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The accomodations were fantastic and the right accessories for comfort were all there. This is a great condo. Right on the lake convenient to everything. My only feedback is they need black out curtains. The sun shines right in the master bedroom, with no a/c it was so hot even with 3 fans on. We are early to bed, early risers and in the summer with it not getting dark until after 10pm, it was impossible to get good sleep.

I have been staying in Dillon CO for 3-6 months since the 2015/2016 ski season. I have stayed at various properties since. This property by far is the BEST I have stayed in. The owners have been incredible to deal with, respond immediately, and care that any needs are addressed. I highly recommend this property.

Great central location

We stayed here and skied a couple of surrounding mountains. This condo in Dillon was a great central location with quick drives to multiple mountains like Loveland, Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, etc. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the owner David was so kind. We arrived on a day when it was snowing and he allowed us to check in a few hours early to beat the weather so we didn’t have to drive in it. The hot tub and sauna in the building were great after a long day of skiing also!

Great location

Great location (super convenient to the amphitheater if you’re going to a show) and the property was pretty nice. The layout is a bit funky - don’t think three couples would be comfortable here, but two couples (with or without kids) or a family would be pretty happy here. The place was super warm when we first arrived (might be nice to have the fans already turned on in the summer when you know someone is arriving) but it cooled down decently well.

Lake Time and a Show

Four of us were in town for a long weekend to see a show at the amphitheater and to enjoy some paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. The condo has been lovingly remodeled and is very comfortable. It was ideal for 2 couples with plenty of room and privacy. Since you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the third bedroom this would be ideal for kids, but not ideal for 3 couples wanting privacy. This was not an issue for us at all - just wanted to call that out. Dave and Mike were absolutely wonderful to work with! They provided all necessary information in a timely manner and responded instantly to our texts. And I loved renting from a private party rather than dealing with a big management firm. This condo was perfect, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back next year for our annual trip. Thank you Dave and Mike, we are so grateful for the use of your condo!

When walking into the building the process was very smooth, the directions given were very good and on spot. The room set up was very nice and clean. It was very hot when we arrived, so we turned on all the fans in the apartment, this was told to us in the paperwork sent to us. The beds were perfect for our family of 6. The location was very nice, the lake is right behind us, the parking is great and this was a great location to do day trips all around to various towns.

This condo worked great for our long weekend stay. We had 3 adults and two children and had plenty of space along with 3 full bathrooms!
