Dillon Delight
Posted Mar. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThis is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed at. The floor plan was excellent. The owner is very conscientious with night lights. The kitchen is great. Was impressed that there was both a crock pot and instant pot. There was a plethora of coffee mugs and glasses of all types. Nice to have a regular coffee machine and a keurig machine. Although we didn’t have children, was impressed that there were special children dishes. The smart tvs in all the rooms were a real plus. Having access to cable was a bonus. Ample garage space and parking. The VRBO photos don’t adequately capture the spaciousness of the property. Definitely would recommend and return to this property for future vacations.

Careful!
Posted Jan. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayThe heating unit downstairs went out while we were there. We got in contact with the owner and he said go to the store and try some batteries. Thankfully that worked, but it wasn’t our job to fix something on the rental. Also hasn’t paid us back as he stated he would for fixing the issue. Condo is in town up the road from a grocery store, gas station, and theater.

Perfect Colorado Getaway
Posted Mar. 4, 2021 on HomeAwayWe had an amazing time in Colorado and loved staying at this property. The location cannot be beat! We did so many activities that were all within about 35 minutes of this location. Snow tubing in Frisco, snowshoeing at Vail, walking around Breckenridge and skiing/snowboarding at Loveland. We also visited Iron Mountain Hot Springs about 1.5 hours away. Even just driving about three minutes over to the Dillon Reservoir for the kids to play at the snow-covered park was fun. The area around the house is perfect with a grocery store three minutes away and several shops and restaurants.
The house is perfectly appointed with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. We loved having three bathrooms and showers for our party of seven to use. We cooked every morning and night in the kitchen and were so pleased with everything available to use for preparing our meals. The gas fireplace put out lots of heat. The soundbar was fun to use when we were having dinner and happy hour. We loved using the garage and being able to get into a warm car that wasn't covered in snow. We have stayed in many different rental properties as a group and all agreed this was probably the best for our families.

Perfect base for a Rocky Mountain Experience

Awesome location
Posted Sep. 24, 2020 on HomeAwayGreat views and a large place. Everything was there that needed to be. House could have been cleaner and carpets are a little worn down. But I'd stay there again.

Thank for your review Matt. I do agree that our cleaning crew dropped the ball on your pre-arrival clean. I apologize for that.
And regarding the carpet, we are currently in the process of replacing the upstairs flooring and some of the furniture that has reached the end of their useful lives.

Dillon Stay
Posted Mar. 31, 2020 on HomeAwayProperty was as advertised!! Clean and very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and location to stores, restaurants, liquor, ski shops was superb. Kitchen is well stocked and views were awesome. Saw a fox roaming around area which was pretty cool. Having a garage is a huge plus as well. Owner Tom was fantastic always answering our questions promptly! Will do again no doubt!!!!
