- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own bathroom (with shower and toilet). Direct access to the terrace

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, and its bathroom (with shower) open to the bedroom
- A landing
- Toilet

Additional equipment:
Plancha grill, iron and ironing board, travel cot and high chair (baby), laundry room available on request.

Outside:

- 40 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
