Bon emplacement
Situé dans un quartier calme avec de belles villas à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et à quelques pas des plages, ce logement comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillots et demanderaient un rafraichissement (vis et chevilles apparents sur les murs notamment) mais rien de bien grave.
