Villa Core is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Villa Core you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. Villa Core is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Marina di Marittima, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards), a grocery store at 1.7 km (roughly 1.05 mile) and the closest beach (Cala dell'Acquaviva) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards).
Villa Core is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 40 steps.
To stay at Villa Core you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the terrace going up approximately three stairway steps. The pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 3 meters (10 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, a deck chair and two sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find an electric barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the sea.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are bright and agreeable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). The dining table can accommodate four guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a divan bed for one guest. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the swimming pool, climbing three steps, through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
