Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very convenient to the sea, local ice cream shop and grocery store. The pool on premise was a bonus for a refreshing swim after lunch and relaxing in the evenings. The owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had.

Family visit

The property is well located, near to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Pool is decent size and brought lot of fun for kids. Villa is freshly renovated and contains all stuff needed for pleasant summer holiday. Nice bonus is EV charger near by. Owner communication is excellent. We did enjoy our stay and we can highly recommend this property.

Major-league holiday!

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Haus. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Hafen ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren insgesamt zu sechst (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und genau dafĂŒr ist die Unterkunft mit ihren 3 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils direkt angrenzenden BĂ€dern auch gut ausgelegt. Ev. zu beachten ist dabei, dass das Schlafzimmer im EG doch etwas kleiner ist und keine eigene Klimaanlage hat. FĂŒr unsere beiden Kids hat das aber trotzdem sehr gut gepasst. Highlight fĂŒr uns war neben dem Pool der Außenbereich mit den gemauerten Grill, den wir auch fleißig genutzt haben.

Tolles Haus mit Pool. Ausstattung top, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lage im Ortszentrum, jedoch sehr ruhig. Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, Strand in Gehweite.

Glorious residence!

Zuerst waren wir etwas skeptisch, als wir die letzte Bewertung gelesen hatten und hatten wirklich Angst eine schlechte Wahl mit der Unterkunft getroffen zu haben. Zu unserer Reisegruppe: 2 Personen Ende 50, 3 Personen Anfang 30 und ein Kleinkind im Alter von 2,5 Jahren. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert per SchlĂŒsselkasten, der Hausbesitzer kam trotzdem vorbei und nahm uns persönlich in Empfang. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles was man fĂŒr eine Woche Auszeit braucht. Die 2 Schlafzimmer im 1. Obergeschoss haben angrenzende BĂ€der und im unteren Schlafzimmer ist das Bad ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und draußen wartet ein toller Grill mit allen Utensilien um direkt loszulegen. Der KĂŒhlschrank war bereits mit ein paar Willkommensdrinks ausgestattet und auch ein nettes Schreiben lag bereit. Der Besitzer war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und gab tolle Tipps! Wir kommen gerne wieder - danke fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt!

High-end vacation!

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette villa qui n’est pas du tout adaptĂ©e pour les sĂ©jours en famille. Il n’y a aucune clĂŽture, seulement une chaĂźne de chantier en plastique et le “jardin” donne sur deux rues trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©es qui ne laissent aucune intimitĂ©. Des gens s’arrĂȘtent parfois pour regarder la piscine et l’intĂ©rieur du jardin ne laissant aucune vie privĂ©e aux occupants de la villa. On a l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans une mauvaise Ă©mission de tĂ©lĂ© rĂ©alitĂ©. Le mĂ©nage Ă©tait fait de maniĂšre trĂšs approximative et les matĂ©riaux n’étaient pas de qualitĂ©. Par ailleurs, n’accordez aucune confiance au statut de Superhost du soi-disant Tomislav. Il s’agit en rĂ©alitĂ© d’une entreprise possĂ©dant plusieurs autres villas. Nous avons rĂ©ellement eu l’impression d’ĂȘtre considĂ©rĂ©s comme des portefeuilles munis de jambes. Aucun accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, les clefs Ă©taient sous le paillasson (n’importe qui aurait pu les prendre). Aucune boisson dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et aucun renseignement sur les bonnes adresses de l’üle (quand j’ai voulu me renseigner, une employĂ©e de cette entreprise m’a conseillĂ© d’utiliser internet
). La piscine n’est pas sĂ©curisĂ©e pour les jeunes enfants. En conclusion cet hĂ©bergement est beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations proposĂ©es.

Great stay!

TrĂšs jolie maison toute neuve. Beaux matĂ©riaux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e de neuf Ă©galement. 3 chambres dont une petite et 3 salles de bain trĂšs pratiques. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able (mĂȘme si pour le moment elle donne un peu sur la rue mais ce ne sera plus le cas quand les arbres l’entourant auront poussĂ©). La maison est bien situĂ©e Ă  quelques pas d’un petit supermarchĂ© et surtout quelques minutes d’une plage de sable. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et ne pouvons que recommander!
