The Crowne Plaza Doha Business Park enjoys a wonderful location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The front desk team continues to impress with their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality, a true highlight of every stay. However, the overall experience is somewhat inconsistent. Despite this being my fourth or fifth stay, I once again encountered a room with a damp, unpleasant odor reminiscent of wet carpet that hasn’t been properly dried. Additionally, housekeeping service required multiple follow-up calls before being addressed. It’s unfortunate that while certain departments, especially the front desk consistently deliver excellent service, other areas of the hotel still fall short of the high standards expected from a property of this caliber. A greater focus on consistency and attention to detail would elevate the overall guest experience.

Visited from the US. I have stayed in many hotes and the Crown Plaza was hands down one of the best. Very convenient and east taxi ride from the DOH airport. The people could not have been any nicer....from the guys at the security desk to the great staff at thr buffet. Now lets talk about how clean the property is.....this place is kept to a standard that you just dont find in the US. If you dont believe me just take a look at the fire hydrant. Thank you to the staff at Crown Plaza business.
