I like the fast friendly staff. The room had no towels. The bed sits very low. Dirty cutains. Badly worn bathtub & drawers. Overall this room was not what we expected.

The out of the building looks good! The inside of the hotel needs a lot of renovations So closed to train station and shops The South African man at the reception was rude to me and friend! The manager and other staffs were friendly, and amazing to us

The hotel is well located, however there are odors in the restroom, carpets are so dirty. The hotel needs a huge investment, to remodel everything in. The pictures may impress you, do not let yourselves trapped by them!!!

Nice stay with good view on the ocean side. Having metro station nearby is really helpful. Room carpet was quite dirty though. No toiletries were provided. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Excellent staff in the lobby. Room very clean and comfortable Very quiet Breakfast selection a bit sparse for a westerner, tho they can do omelettes, so satisfactory. Located right at Souk Wagif - so very convenient. Hop-on Bus stop #1 just a short walk from the hotel —I could see the DOHABUS kiosk from my room. An excellent spot to launch explorations of the city.

Hotel is in an excellent location opposite to Metro and Souq. Staff is friendly. Room is clean but somewhat dated with old carpet & moldy bathroom. Ok for an overnight stay.
