Semi-detached house with Wifi near Sarlat, in the heart of Dordogne

Located 5 km from St Pompon (shops) and 12 km from Belvès, this semi-detached house is attached to the owner's house in a disused farmhouse. The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with a lounge area, dining area, and kitchenette, equipped with Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a small shower room. A step leads to a hallway with four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). A separate WC is also provided. Electric heating is installed. The 400 m² garden is unfenced and includes a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a swing, and a sandbox. A fan is also provided.

The washing machine is located in a small outdoor shed at the bottom of the steps. Baby equipment is available: a cot and a high chair. On-site parking is provided.
Towels are €6 per person per change. Bed linen is €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €50. A converted barn, now a holiday cottage, is located in the heart of the countryside, 30 km from Sarlat (a medieval town with exceptional heritage), bordering meadows and woods. Approximately 250 m from the cottage are three private fishing ponds accessible on foot. Marked hiking and mountain biking trails are available on site. Near the Bastides Route, charming fortified villages that played an important role during the Hundred Years' War (Belvès, Villefranche-du-Périgord, Monpazier, Beaumont-du-Périgord, Domme, Fonroque, Lalinde, Molières, Eymet), not forgetting the many sites of the Dordogne Valley 18 km away (castles, villages, gardens, etc.).
