You will enjoy the quiet, tranquility, fresh air and sounds of the jungle on this property.

Wake up in the morning to the wild calls of the howler monkeys, parrots, toucans, macaws and hawks. These are a few of the jungle sights and sounds that can be part of your every day.

Take a stroll on the property’s interior road, hike jungle foot trails, or explore on your own the 43 acres and see the wonderful things nature offers for birds, animals, insects and more, just enjoy Nature!

Bird watching is incredible with their visits and songs throughout the day. Monkey’s, the occasional sloth sightings and other beautiful animals.

You’ll be in the middle of one of the most ecologically diverse places in the world.

Experience activities and nearby attractions such as waterfalls, beaches, parks, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, ATV tours, zip lines, whale watching, gyms, grocery, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, gas stations, business center and more.

Room is equipped with all linens, soaps, shampoo / conditioner, and a coffee maker. Meals are available for purchase and served in the main house with advance notice.

A 4x4 vehicle is recommended. The public road is posted as 4x4 only.

I had a great stay at Ginger Room. The room was clean, with storage and some hangning space. Having access to a mini fridge was verry useful. There is a nice view of the ocean from the terrace, great sunset colours! I saw a variety of birds and animals. I echo the comments on the need for a 4X4 vehicle to reach the property. Lori was very attentive and responsive to any needs or questions, accommodating and just overall considerate.

Lovely property, excellent host!

Clean modern room, best shower in Costa Rica at this pricepoint. Fast wifi with excellent coverage. No AC, but room is designed for that with large screens just below the ceiling and a big overhead fan. We stayed for two nights when day time temps were in the upper 80s on the beach, and we were very comfortable at altitude with the breezes from the ocean. The host, Lori, is a gem. The property is gorgeous and meticulously well kept. You will get full use of your rental car's 4x4 on the road to and around this rental. We really enjoyed the drive, but I wouldn't recommend it in 2 wheel drive. Can't wait to return!

Nous avons logĂ© 4 jours Ă  la ginger room Tout Ă©tait parfait La maison se situe dans la montagne, en pleine nature. Lori est trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et soucieuse de notre bien-ĂȘtre et sait nous pister pour les choses Ă  voir aux alentours. Le petit sentier prĂšs de la maison peut nous faire vivre de belles rencontres et autour de la maison nous avons vu : toucans, singes, serpents, faucon , faisans Je vous le recommande si vous avez un 4x4 et aimez ĂȘtre dans la nature Ă  quelques minutes des activitĂ©s Merci Lori
