Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. OPEN CONCEPT MAIN LEVEL
Immaculately designed in mountain modern style with clean lines and warm materials, the open concept floor plan is bright, inviting, and stunningly functional. Cozy up to the fireplace, relax and catch a game on the 65" smart TV, or play a heated game of cards at the dining room table that seats 8. The chef's kitchen will inspire you; fully-supplied for home cooking, and decked with Wolfe & Subzero appliances (including gas range), sushi bar-style seating for 10 , and a Butler's pantry with a Keurig and automatic Breville espresso machine . The main level also features a large library with foosball, expansive laundry room with washer/dryer (lots of storage and sink), two ensuite bedrooms, and a half bath.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom is an oasis with a new King bed and exceptionally large walk-in closet. The ensuite is your personal spa, complete with a massive walk-in steam shower, deep soaker tub with a double-sided gas fireplace, and two separate toilet closets. You also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom is on the main level.

SECONDARY BEDROOM
The main level offers an additional suite with a California King bed and walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaker tub, and double vanity.

UPPER LOFT
The loft space is convenient and cozy, with an open sitting area and additional gas fireplace (and new Queen sleeper sofa). The bedroom on this floor has a California King bed; there's also a full bath.

LUXURY APARTMENT
The home offers a second floor, private full-sized luxury apartment, complete with a California King bed, ensuite bath, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Perfect for when some in your party may want private accommodations coupled with the convenience of staying with the group.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Sugarloaf Summit Estate beautifully balances modern comfort with mountain living. This 1 acre property is wonderfully private, with hiking/biking trails accessible directly from your yard. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from multiple seating areas on the wraparound deck, have a BBQ on the 4-burner Weber, relax together in front of the outdoor fireplace, or stargaze from your 12' swim spa. For your comfort in the warmer months, the property is equipped with a built-in mosquito abatement system.

PARKING
Sugarloaf Summit Estate can accommodate 5 cars (1 in the garage, 1 in the covered carport, 3 in the driveway). For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for their Oversized Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Sugarloaf Summit. The house is so thoughtfully appointed and incredibly comfortable. We utilized the outdoor spaces every day: coffee on the deck in the morning and relaxing each evening in the hot tub with the fire crackling. I can't imagine a more inviting home and would love to come back. The service provided by Kelly and her Bespoke Properties team was absolutely perfect. She is totally on top of everything! I am grateful my family was able to spend the weekend in such a beautiful location. Food choices are limited at the resort and nearby, so I would highly recommend the online grocery delivery service provided by Bespoke. You won't want to leave!
