Timberline Lodge is the ultimate (pet-friendly) adventure retreat in Tamarack Resort! STEPS from the Buttercup Chairlift + hiking/biking trails, this TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT haven offers year-round fun. Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports, as well as the award-winning Osprey Meadows Golf Course. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.

You'll have the entire home to yourself, including a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck, attached garage, + private hot tub.

Be sure to confirm operability of the Buttercup Chairlift with Tamarack Resort, as operations are snow-level dependent.

You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house!

FYI: The adjoining townhome is Alpine Escape, another vacation rental managed by Bespoke Properties! You can book both properties together if you're looking to host a larger group up to 12 people (for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 hot tubs across two private residences)--shoot us a message if you have any questions or need help booking!

Timberline Lodge is your gateway to all-season adventure, located DIRECTLY in front of the Buttercup Chairlift and just steps from Tamarack Resort's Buttercup Trail. Nestled in the serene Clearwater neighborhood, you'll enjoy an elevated sense of peace and quiet with mountain views to the west and and forest to the east, all with the perks of still being located within the resort (just a 5 minute drive to the Village at Tamarack and Lake Cascade)! This 3BR/3BA townhome has been gorgeously redecorated with new carpet, paint, and high-end contemporary furniture, making it a true mountain modern getaway. It's also one of the few Tamarack townhomes with AIR CONDITIONING, a true summer luxury! Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

OPEN FLOOR PLAN
The main level features an open layout that includes a full bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, complete with a drip coffee maker. The cozy living area boasts a wood fireplace and soaring 24' vaulted ceilings, along with lots of windows that let you soak in the beautiful alpine views. Plus, the roomy dining table comfortably seats six, making it ideal for family dinners or gatherings!

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Located on the second floor, the primary bedroom offers extra privacy, making it your perfect retreat. Relax in the cozy King bed and unwind in your spa-like ensuite, which features a spacious soaker tub and walk-in shower. Plus, you’ll love the convenience of a walk-in closet for all your gear! This room also has a smart TV.

GUEST BEDROOMS
Both guest bedrooms are located in the daylight basement and offer walkout access to to the hot tub. They share a Jack + Jill bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms is exceptionally spacious, offering a king bed and a large walk-in closet. The other guest bedroom is incredibly cozy with a queen bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Timberline Lodge features a wonderfully private covered back patio on the main level, where you can soak in the tranquil views of the alpine forest. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the sounds of nature or fire up the gas BBQ for a cookout. After a day on the mountain, nothing beats a relaxing soak in your private hot tub. Plus, you’ll love the convenience of a heated attached garage during those chilly winter days!

PARKING
There's a one-car attached garage, and the driveway can accommodate one additional car. For Guests with over-sized vehicles or boats, parking permits can be purchased from Tamarack Outfitters for the Aspen Parking Lot. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

Our summer is short, so construction season is fast and busy (June–September). We always try to note known projects, but we don’t always get a heads‑up about neighbors. We can’t control or refund for outside noise, but we’re always here to help brainstorm solutions if something comes up.

WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICIES--not for cancelled events, illness, surgery, rain, low water levels, not enough snow, accidentally booked two vacation rentals, etc. (we've heard lots of reasons)! We STRONGLY recommend travel insurance for peace of mind. We stick to the cancellation terms YOU agree to at booking so it’s fair for everyone. Please review the cancellation policy carefully prior to booking. Any refunds are less credit card processing fees.
