Das Ferienhaus in Dornumersiel ist ein sehr uriges, deutlich älteres Haus mit originalem DDR-Charme. Man merkt den alten Stil sofort beim Betreten, auch am typischen „Altbau-Gefühl“, aber alles ist trotzdem sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich.Wer nostalgische, einfache und authentische Unterkünfte liebt, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen.Wer hingegen Modernität,Komfort oder eine umfangreiche Ausstattung erwartet, sollte wissen, dass das Haus extrem minimal gehalten ist,besonders die Küche bietet nur Grundausstattung.Der Kamin ist zwar in der Anzeige erwähnt, war aber mangels Kaminholz nicht nutzbar. Die Heizungen sorgen jedoch zuverlässig für Wärme. Das Haus selbst bietet viel Platz:ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer,zwei Badezimmer,eine kleine Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit sowie eine nutzbare Sauna, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Umgebung besteht zunächst aus vielen Häusern, doch nach wenigen Minuten Fußweg ist man bereits in der Natur und schnell am Wattmeer,was perfekt für Spaziergänge ist.Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter,Herr Japes:äußerst freundlich,unkompliziert, direkt erreichbar, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt, Änderungen waren problemlos möglich, und sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für das E-Auto wurde ohne Aufwand bereitgestellt. Fazit: Ein charmantes, uriges, sehr altes, aber liebevoll gepflegtes Haus, perfekt für alle, die Gemütlichkeit und Authentizität schätzen und keinen modernen Standard erwarten. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Strand bequem fussläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Kinder hatten viel Spaß.

Kurzurlaub Dornumersiel

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war im Vorfeld sehr freundlich und nett. Fragen konnten geklärt werden und es gab vorab Informationen zur Anreise/ Unterkunft. Am Anreisetag wurden wir zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen. Eine Kurze Einweisung erfolgte über die Gegebenheiten der FeWo.Jetzt konnte der Urlaub beginnen. In der Fewo war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, da diese mit Hecken umgeben war,und so unserer Hund nicht abhauen konnte. Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, das einzige was man hörte waren die Vögel. Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral, darum war es nur ein kleiner Fussmarsch zum einkaufen und essen gehen. Zusammengefasst eine schöne,ruhig gelegene Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern und Hund.

Nordseeanker 100 Sterne!

Unglaublich gut organisiert, ein tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Selbst eine geräumige Sauna war dabei! Ich bin mit vier Kindern gereist. Wir alle fühlten uns wohl und hatten viel Platz. Es war sehr sauber und die Dame, die uns vor Ort empfangen und eingewiesen hat war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Schöne große und ruhig gelegene Wohnung

Als Wohnung hatten wir ein Reihenendhaus mit viel Platz, gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Es fehlte uns an nichts, auch unsere Hündin fühlte sich sofort wohl. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig gelegen, der Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter nahm uns herzlich auf, war stets erreichbar und unproblematisch! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr gut aufgeteilt, die Küche mit Esstisch bot alles, was man benötigt. Die Zimmer waren sogar allergikergeeignet mit Milbenbezügen und Fliesenboden. Nur von der Umgebung waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Es gibt keine kleinen Wege zum Spazierengehen mit dem Hund, nur den einen Weg durch die Siedlung und asphaltierte bzw gepflasterte Wege um den Siel und am Damm. Alles ist reglementiert. Man kann am Strand nicht weit gehen. Keine Möglichkeit mal den Hund auch laufen zu lassen. Das ist aber wohl in der ganzen Region so. Auf der einrn Seite Nationalpark mit 10000 Pflanzen und Tierarten, aber der ist nicht zugänglich und auf der anderen Seite totgepflegte Gärten mit 10 Pflanzen und Tierarten.

Tolles Wochenende zum runterkommen

Über das Wochenende konnten meine Partnerin und ich uns Kurs vom Alltagsstress erholen, das Haus biete alles was wir brauchten. Ob morgens mit einem Saunagang in den Tag starten, oder Abends am Kamin den Tag ausklingen, einfach schön und gemütlich.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinsten übers Wochenende dort . Die Kommunikation und der Ablauf der Buchung waren total unkompliziert und schnell, ein sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen und an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu bemängeln! Also rundum ein schönes Wochenende für uns!
