The listed Gulfhof was built in 1774 and regularly renovated in recent years. He is in a very good condition. It is located in Nessmersiel and he is only one and a half kilometers away from the beach.

The apartment has (about 200 m²) on the ground floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a cozy living room. Separately on the ground floor are two bedrooms with private baths. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a large bathroom.

Since the family is allergic to animal hair with us, we only rent to guests traveling without animals.

There are four bedrooms with 10 beds. A cot can be provided at any time at that.
On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a large room with three beds. You have a wonderful view of two rooms in the garden.
Upstairs has a bedroom with a double bed and the children's room three single beds.

The farm was inhabited until 2011 and has since been rented out as a holiday home. We spend about eight weeks a year, the owner family, our holiday here.
