Apartment includes; living room, kitchen, bedroom, full bath, and a walk in closet. Also has a private deck on the back overlooking a pasture. Very secluded 7 acres with private gate in a quiet area. Country living but only minutes from town. Convenient location for; Southeast Alabama Medical Center, Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, Farley Nuclear Plant, Michelin, and Dothan Airport. The apartment is detached from the main house providing you with privacy. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis for a one time fee of $10 per pet payable upon arrival.
