Not a good stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times overnight for business. This was the worst and probably last time. I checked in and was given a room key. When I pulled up to the room, there was a man in the room, I waited for him to leave as he had a hotel lanyard hanging from his pocket. Evidently they were having problems with the televisions are he had the remote in his hand and when I got in the room the television wasn’t working. I had the desk and they said they were working on it. A few hours later I was told the televisions were out and wouldn’t be fixed until the next day, which I felt they knew when I checked in. The desk chair was missing a wheel. There was also a loud commotion in the parking lot about 1:30 in the morning.

The bedding was clean. they accepted my cat without upcharge. Made a last minute reservation when I was refused by Baymont. Property run down. No attention to detail in room cleaning (bathroom corners, under cabinets, behind doors. Brown bag breakfast.

Breakfast available consists of 1 small grocery bag sitting on a table with a bottled water, 1 yogurt cup, 1 breakfast bar and a pastry roll. The shower had a lot of mold growing in the plastic seam above the tub. The front desk gentleman was friendly.
