I loved the price and it was very nice also the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Will look for an apt in every place I travel.

Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThe pictures made this place look great and it looked like the pictures. It seemed to be in good shape but it was nasty. There was a box of half eaten pizza in the refrigerator when we checked in. The bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them like they hadn’t been changed. There were large black spots on the sheets and some lighter brown ones that would flake up if you scratched on them. The pull out sofa bed had bits of food in it and spots on it. I originally had the place for two nights. We got in late and by the time we got set up in the room and found these issues there was no one to assist. We called the number we were given and no one answered. There was no soap or toiletries and no elevator. They still charged me full price for the night I stayed even though it was subpar. I won’t be staying there again. It’s unfortunate because the place has the potential to be really nice and the front desk personnel was great. But cleanliness is huge for me and this was seriously lacking. It appears people are living in the apartments around you and the unoccupied ones are being rented out. There was a lot of noise until about 2:30 in the morning when the music and tv and talking finally stopped. I was not prepared for that aspect as well but that’s not their fault. You should just be aware if you decide to stay there.

Check in was good. Like being able to check in online. And then have key with phone.

Pull out sofa dirty. No extra sheets for sofa bed. Light fixture with cob webs. No door on bedroom.
