With family or friends, discover the sweetness of southern Finistère during a stay in our 180m2 seaside villa, in Douarnenez.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the Roches Blanches district, in Tréboul, 450m from the White Sands beach. It overlooks the sea and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Douarnenez.
You can access, on foot, the thalassotherapy center and the nautical center.
Shops and restaurants can be found near the villa.

On the ground floor :
 Entrance, 70m2 living space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (160x200 cm bed) + adjoining shower room, WC.

Upstairs :
 Large terrace, four bedrooms (three 160x200 cm beds, two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom (shower + bath), two shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms, WC.

Exterior: 80m2 terrace.

A week in Douarnenez

A wonderful week spent in the most beautiful, modern and well equipped house we have ever experienced. The house was a delight to live in and and worked for 3 generations perfectly. The beautiful house and garden was a joy to relax and dine in . Thank you Alexandra and Yann for a great holiday.

Lovely House & Gardens

This is a lovely house on an estate of lovely houses, all with attractive landscaped gardens, and it has a good view out to the bay. It's well-furnished and has just about all the cooking utensils you might need if eating at home. If eating out, it's worth checking out the local harbours where there are some nice restaurants. Also, if you haven't been before, take a day out to visit Quimper, with its historic centre, and Locronan. Thank you, Alexandra & Yann, for renting your house, we all had a great time. Beautiful holiday home

Really impressed with the facilities available in this home. Close to family friendly beach and we enjoyed swimming in the sea every day. Our grandchildren loved the spacious gardens and the large patio dining area. Spacious living and sleeping areas and a kitchen we used every day with every utensil you could need. We were lucky with warm weather and this made a great family holiday to remember. Downsides…. Uphill back from beach with tired bods! Thanks to our hosts who checked regularly that we were happy x

Wonderful house in a beautiful and quiet location

Modern house with lovely views out to sea. Well furnished and comfortable. Only 2 loos but most rooms have en-suite shower rooms. Would book to stay again if I returned to the area.

Es ist ein tolles, geräumiges Haus. Überall gibt es einladende und ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Absprache beim Check-in und -out verlief absolut problemlos. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß machen (Strand, GR 34, Treboul mit Markt, Hafen etc.). Wir wären gerne noch geblieben.

La maison a été mise à disposition en avance. L'adresse fournie par ABRITEL était fausse et l'adresse fournie par la propriétaire incomplète qui conduit à une autre rue.La maison conforme à la description est très bien équipée, très confortable, la vue est magnifique, très calme. Le jardin est très joli. La grande terrasse a été très appréciée. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec 2 réfrigérateurs. Les chambres sont vastes. Les sanitaires et la buanderie très fonctionnels. L'armoire à jeux est très bien fournie. Notre séjour a été agréable et nous a permis de découvrir DOUARNENEZ et sa région avec une météo favorable.Le coffret cadeau des spécialités locales était d'excellente qualité.

Prachtig huis, heerlijk verblijf

Wat een heerlijk huis. Alles wat je maar bedenken kan is aanwezig. Veel verschillende plekken om te zitten wat het samen zijn met meerdere mensen heel comfortabel maakt. Qua keukengerei heel luxe ingericht. De wasmachine en de droger waren een uitkomst aangezien we vanwege autopech een week langer moesten blijven. Strand op loopafstand. Voor een supermarkt moet je met de auto op pad. Wij hadden (electrische) fietsen bij ons. Voor de kinderen (pubers) was dit een uitkomst, die hebben heel Dournenez op eigen houtje ontdekt. Wij waren hier in de meivakantie. Op camping Huttopia om de hoek 'sochtends vers brood en croissantjes te halen. Op het strand verse crepes bij het stalletje. S avonds mooie wandelingen langs de kust en hier een daar een terrasje. Wij komen terug!

La perfection.

Magnifique maison, remarquablement agencée et très propre avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour passer de bons repas. Le jardin est superbe et agréable et la vue sur la mer plaisante. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait également dans un coin calme de Tréboul, avec des sentiers côtiers, la plage et même Douarnenez accesibles à pieds. La propriétaire fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable et est adorable. Bref, très habituée des locations, j'ai rarement vu un endroit où il n'y a rien de rien à redire. Donc aucune hésitation à avoir. Merci encore pour tout.

Top-Unterkunft mit Top-Aussicht und traumhaften Garten

Wir -eine Gruppe von 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwischen 5 und 8 Jahren- haben unsere Urlaubswoche in der sehr großzügigen und hellen, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichteten Villa total genossen! Absolut vollständige Ausstattung der Küche! Die gesamte Unterkunft und das Anwesen sehr sauber und gepflegt (in einer schönen/ mondänen Wohngegend! Absolut reibungsloses Ein- und Auschecken! Traumhafter terrassenförmig -sicher durch einen Landschaftsgärtner- angelegter Garten! Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer, das ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Villa entfernt liegt! Sehr schöner, stellenweise steiler Küstenwanderweg 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt! Baguettes, Croissants etc. problemlos -bei Vorbestellung- am 100 entfernten Campingplatz zu erhalten. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Une maison magnifique dans une région sublime

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en avril dans cette très belle et très confortable maison. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) et la maison - très moderne, parfaitement décorée et pratique - répondait parfaitement aux besoins de chacun : 5 chambres, 4 salles de bain, une très grande cuisine, un séjour spacieux, une buanderie et un jardin équipé pour les activités des enfants (et des adultes qui aiment le barbecue). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la souriante et efficace Clothilde et avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un délicieux présent des propriétaires. La maison est parfaitement située, à 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage, 5 minutes en voiture du marché de Tréboul et à peine plus du centre de Douarnenez et des centres commerciaux. La région est bien entendue magnifique et depuis Douarnenez, la pointe du raz, Concarneau ou encore Locronan méritent le voyage. Bref, notre séjour restera dans nos mémoires en attendant de revenir dans cette belle Bretagne et peut-être aussi dans cette superbe maison. Merci encore à Alexandra d'avoir rendu nos vacances si agréables!

Super semaine

Nous avons pu profiter des aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs de la maison. Tout est disponible, aussi bien pour les jeux extérieurs que pour les jeux de société. La maison est proche du sentier côtier et de la plage et permet de rayonner pour visiter les différents sites de la région. Les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a accueillie ont été aux petits soins pendant le séjour. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Une très belle maison paisible et très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Tout est fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. La maison est très jolie et très bien équipée, y compris pour accueillir un bébé. L'accueil est chaleureux et les informations ne manquent pas sur la région, les bonnes adresses, ... Bref, un super séjour en famille !

La maison est encore plus jolie que sur les photos,très bien décorée,confortable et particulièrement bien équipée, il ne manque vraiment rien...l.accueil chaleureux malgré une arrivée tardive, le cadeau de bienvenue avec les spécialités locales, les lits faits, la présence de produits de premier secours dénotent une attention toute particulière réservée aux occupants. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.
