The cottages are in a row, one large cottage that we call "The Willow", sleeping up to 8 and two small cottages that each sleep up to 4. The Guest Nest" and "The Owl". The Willow cottage has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one is a suite with one double bed and an attached bath. Bedroom two has one king bed with a bathroom across the hall. Bedrooms three and four are both upstairs, one with 4 twin beds and the other with one double bed and they share a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower unit.

Kitchens with new appliances, stove/oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Great Location! Private setting in large backyard with picnic tables, gas grills, fire pit. All within walking distance to both Saugatuck and Douglas.

This is the perfect place for friends and family to gather. Located on the road that takes you to the beaches, so you will be seeing cars pass by, along with a ton of walkers, bikers, joggers, etc. Great sidewalks for walking. Art galleries and beach shop/bike rentals across the street.

We do not allow parties of any sort. Should there be remnants of a party (debris throughout the house, party decor tape on walls, damage, glitter throughout, etc) or even worse, evidence of people getting sick in the house or anywhere on the property, there will be a heavy charge at departure. Please do not rent our property if this is something that you plan on doing, thank you!
