Perfect hidden gem in a beautiful community

Everything listed about the property is spot on! They actually under-sell how nice the community is...absolutely stunning! Only a short 5-minute drive to downtown Sandpoint and all the shops and restaurants. Vey happy with our stay. We will be returining!

The house was in need of "up dating." The furniture was "well worn." The master bed was sitting on the floor, no frame. The dishes were in need of being replenished. We loved the floor plan and size of the condo. There were plenty of supplies. Very good location. The agents stayed in touch with us making it easy for communication.

Cute condo

We enjoyed our stay at the cute condo in Dover Bay! We were there for skiing so found the location to be ideal both for skiing and heading into town for dinner. The condo was great for our group - with both a fireplace and an extra bedroom/office area.

Clean and Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our family vacation here at this property. It’s nice and roomy and great for a bigger party. I would suggest that they need a couple different sizes of pans as they were all the same size. We were also missing some essential cooking tools, such as a vegetable peeler and cheese grater. Along with replacing the cutting boards and cookie sheets. These little things could help improve the stay and should not be overlooked.

GREAT place to stay!

We so enjoyed our stay in Dover. It was close to everything yet set apart and quiet enough to enjoy watching the deer and the Canadian Geese in the yard. The condo was so clean and spacious. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms nice, and there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms!

The home location was much nicer than expected. Great access to the lake and mountain. Listed as a 2 bedroom, but really could use as a 3 since there is a separate room with a sleeper sofa. Only disappointment was NO coffee!!! Or coffee filters and low on TP. Beautiful apartment-type condo. Clean, cozy, games for family...

The thermostat broke, the TV remote had no battery, there were 2 thermostats and no directions. Couldn't figure out the TV. No cheese grater or potato peeler. There was no proper glassware for the dinner table. Nice condo, lovely area, pretty clean. But management could spend a few extra bucks to improve the overall experience.
