Shortly after checking in I had to return to the front desk to ask for another room. The queen size bed that I paid for was not even a Queen mattress. The second issue is the lack of cleanliness. Everything is dirty from the inside and outside of the fridge to the bathtub. Some of the towels remain unchanged not to mention the stains in everything and everywhere. Lights and heater were broken. Lastly the atmosphere and vibe is completely unsafe and loud. Constant fights banging and loitering. 0/10 would not recommend.

No outside light to see hotel in the dark. No interaction with staff. The room was outdated, dark, and smelly. There was no soap or shampoo or conditioner. But body lotion was provided. No, I won't stay there again.

My stay was pretty awful. When I arrived to my room late at night, the lights were out but the tv was on. I thought someone was in there but they were not. The room hadn't been cleaned well enough for me. I've attached a photo of the sticky night table. The bathtub looked totally grungy. I attached a photo of that too and the front door didn't feel very secure. There were strange dips in the floor, totally uneven, felt like it was caving in. The worst part is that there were some people in a very loud, profanity laced confrontation right outside of my window for what felt like hours. I don't know if it ever got violent because I finally fell asleep. I never felt safe in the room so I slept in my dress. I'll never stay there again. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice and professional.
