At the end of our stay while getting dressed , we saw a roach climbing up the wall. We videotaped it and called to the front desk the front desk took approx 15 minutes to come upstairs . The roach was still on the ceiling. The staff that responded acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. They stated they have pest control come out once a month. They told me the manager would call me, but I haven’t heard anything. I would NOT recommend this property.

Clean room and convenient location, but that's it.

This hotel is about location. Convenient for an event I was taking part in over the weekend. positives: location, room was clean, parking convenient, two out of three of the front desk hosts were fine. negatives: Lobby was austere and not comfortable. Front desk attendant who was there when I checked in seemed like a miserable person. Maybe she doesn't understand she's in the hospitality industry no matter what level the hotel is. If you're looking for any kind of luxury refinement, this is not a place to stay. If it's about location and a clean room, it will suffice.
