I wanted to like this place because the GM was so friendly and caring. But I cannot get past the subpar cleaning of our room, the corroded fixtures, ripped curtains, and the well worn couch in the room. Had to put shoes up to hold curtains back so the heat could flow. Vending machine was 1/4 empty and had laundry detergent mixed in w the food. Breakfast was very limited, no drip coffee, and the 'coffee machine' only put out water. So disappointing. One plus is that I asked for an extra blanket and was given a very warm, nicely made blanket. It also was not a noisy property.

The room had a horrible gut renching smell. The lamps are rusted, along with the hinges and the drain. Not to mention the windoelws look like they have never been cleaned. The blanket on the bed and a stain from only who knows what. I was told i couldnt get another room.

Beds were terrible. My room smelled like body odor. Never heard from housekeeper and was there four nights. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk. The last night there the fire alarm went off at around 6:00 am. I just checked out and left.

the bathroom was not clean-counter, around mirror, above shower. place looked worn-and we have been going there for years. breakfast was not up to snuff. the same items were there for the 3 days. no fruit or jelly; worse was the cold eggs and sausage-the gal put out cold food into the warming tray and said to just put in microwave. the people at the desk were very friendly.
