Publié le 27 déc. 2019 sur HotelsLa chambre 3 est à côté de la route et de la seule discothèque du village. Les nuits n’étaient pas reposantes. Le lit ne nous a pas convenu et il grinçait à chaque mouvement.
Une odeur de step persistante dans la salle de bain.
La patronne est à l’écoute et la propreté est bonne.
Le petit déjeuner est à commander le jour d’avant sur une liste de 6 choix. Fruits frais en plus.

It is true that our room 3 is next to the road, that's why it is our cheapest room (that's why you booked) however you stayed 7 nights with us and only one night was in room 3, when you told us that his dream was very light we moved you to another room, more expensive and we gave it to you at the same price as room 3, just so that you were happy, we see that it did not work. (We don't understand why you commented on room 3 if only one night was there)
As for the bed we are surprised, our beds are made of wood are reinforced and our mattresses are orthopedic, it is the first time someone complains about our beds.
we would have liked that if you had a problem your bathroom would inform us, so we give you a solution with pleasure, but you always said that everything was fine.
We are always willing to help our customers, if you have a problem, let us know and we will find a way to fix, easy and simple.

Great location for activities, clean room - but area is loud with motorcycles and music at night.

We spent a total of 3 nights at this property. 2 nights before an overnight stay at Corcovado, and 1 night after. They held our excess gear while we were in the park. Reception spoke perfect English and helped organize transport to and from Drake Bay. The rooms were clean. The top floor rooms had excellent bird watching views. Breakfast was excellent.

Great place to stay on Drake Bay. Phenomenal staff are very attentive. Very nice accomodations and grounds.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at Jacamar. Very clean and great service. I highly recommend Jacamar for travelers wanting to use Drake Bay as their base for going to Corcovado.
